AVG is an active professional Deadlock player and part-time coach who has reached Rank 1 in NA several times, and has held top 10 leaderboard spots simultaneously as well. He has won 8 Deadlock Fight Night (playing carry or frontline heroes such as Shiv and Infernus) championships with Melee Creeps and HydraNation, claiming MVP in 4+ of them. Additionally, he has won 8 Deadlock Night Shifts with HydraNation and the Floormen, and alongside notable teammates like poshypop and gibz, claimed victory in Deadlock's first-ever LAN event, the Death Slam LAN in Toronto. AVG's primary focus in Deadlock is competing and always has been, but he likes to coach as much as he can in order to help players grow and make the most out of their time playing Deadlock.
AVG has a decent amount of coaching experience in other games, including plat-masters players in League of Legends, as well as experience coaching immortal-radiant players in Valorant. In Deadlock, he has coached somewhere between 40-50 students (notably including poshypop, and Quinndota) over the past two years coaching on-and-off, many of which saw alright-decent improvement that they were happy with to the best of his knowledge.

I would greatly recommend avg's coaching to people looking to get better at deadlock. Whether youre new or have been playing, he will help identify what you need to get better. We went over a vod and he made it very clear what I needed to work on. He was able to point out what I was doing correctly, along with what i needed to implement to reach my goal rank.
Avg helped me out early on and is great at translating your thoughts to a logical approach to the game. he’s very systematic with what he does and helps you build a foundation to develop your game knowledge with a focus on what’s most important

AVG's coaching can help anybody in any rank he is very knowledgeable patient and good at understanding macro and micro, didnt give me generic advice like just aim better he gave me clear examples and a path forward to improve my gameplay.
